"It is written..."
I looked up the verses that Jesus and Satan referenced in this passage b/c I was impressed at their battle of words and I was encouraged to read the verses Jesus quoted and felt a sense of victory in reading the passage Satan quoted b/c I saw how it was twisted out of context.
God’s really been working on my heart the past few months and has been helping me to see the power of his Word and how when I let it in and meditate upon it, it can impact the way I think and act. God’s also led me to start doing the Topical Memory System (TMS) verses again with a friend and I love how the memory verses keep coming up in various ways in my life. I want each of my battles with Satan to be like the one Jesus had where I can stand my ground and hold firm to God’s way b/c of the power of His Word and truth.
